USX Code of Conduct
1. The most important rule is to have fun and keep the fun of others in mind whether playing with clan mates or among the general public.
2. This squad and it's members must follow the Rules of Engagement set down by America's Army.
3. USX clan members will never intentially spam unless it is in
retaliation for enemy spam.
4. USX clanmembers will never whine about the weapon they get in-game. While it may not be their favorite, they will try to perform as best as they can with it.
5. Since USX was formed mostly to have fun, berating other team members during a game simply for poor play will not be tolerated. For example, there will be no "Our sniper sucks ass, if I had the sniper, we would win." or "Damn, you noobs sux." or "How did your honor get so high, did you buy it?
Cause you suck!"
6. Clanmembers will not give out private clan info to non-clan members such as passwords and the address to our Private TeamSpeak server.
7. The clan must be notified if a member wishes to change their America's Army soldier ID to ensure that the web pages and roster information are up to date.
8. Clan members MUST use the {USX} prefix on their AA:O soldier ID.
9. Members must be registered with aaotracker.com as a member of {USX} failure to do so within two weeks of approval will result in removale of the USX tag from your name.
10. At the discretion of a majority of the clan, a member may be expelled or put on a 30 day probation for violating any of the rules. For our purposes, a probation will simply mean a time of being under intense scrutiny during which you may be asked to leave without further notice.
11. Members who have not been seen or heard from in a very long time (over 30 days) may be sent an email to their last known address. If the member does not
respond in a reasonable amount of time, they will be presumed AWOL and removed from the roster.
12. If you will be away for a while, please let someone know your whereabouts and an estimate of how long you will be gone.
13. If a member no longer wishes to play with {USX} they are free to leave at any time with no hard feelings. Please let us know if you wish to do this so that we can update our rosters.
14. Violations of the America's Army Rules of Engagement will be dealt with by immediate expulsion from the squad.
15. Any member who is found to have caused ill will among the America's Army community and USX will be immediately removed from the roster with NO exceptions. If a situation ever arises that could put this squad in a bad public light, it is required that whoever is made aware of it bring the situation to a council member immediately. An emergency meeting will be held by all available council members and any and all squad members involved before any public statement is made or actions taken.
16. All decisions by USX Council in any and all of the rules above are final
These rules are just guidlines as to how we soldiers with USX would like to participate in Americas Army. These rules are subject to change or have additions to at any time.
